Dan Pritchard - Head of Helpdesk
Dan joined E2E in 2016 as a part-time Junior Helpdesk Engineer. He came from a retail background but had a genuine interest in technology. Dan brought with him excellent customer liaison experience and these skills, along with his enthusiasm to learn, quickly progressed his career in E2E.
As Head of Helpdesk Dan is responsible for the achievement of our resolution time SLA’s and managing the Helpdesk team.
Dan’s speciality is Office 365. He has the expertise and practical experience to ensure that the migration to Office 365 is straightforward and comprehensive, including SharePoint structures and migrating existing data.

Paul joined E2E in 2019. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge gained over the last 25 years within both the retail and IT sectors. Understanding our ever-changing environment and having the ability to re-focus E2E is one of Paul's strengths. Paul also understands the complexities of running a business and he works with clients to ensure that all areas of their business are considered and supported.
Paul’s speciality is web. His knowledge and expertise in both websites and SEO is second to none. He works with our clients and our web team to ensure that the websites we design and build are secure, straightforward to use and beautifully designed to appeal to potential clients.

Darren has 20 years technical experience. After a successful military career, Darren retrained and started out as a part-time developer/trainer. His natural ability, alongside his determination and work ethic, quickly escalated his career. Along the way, Darren always embraced new technology and ensured his qualifications were updated.
Darren’s speciality is architecture solutions. He has the knowledge, ability and experience to provide expertise to corporate organisations and manages a team of developers to deliver innovative software solutions that integrate with every part of our clients businesses.

As a joint founder of e2e Integration, Sarah has been pivotal in building the solid foundations from which e2e has grown.
Sarah has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to e2e. Her passion is service delivery and she has been instrumental in training the E2E team to ensure that service is at the core of the business.
Sarah’s speciality is GDPR. Providing consultancy services both within the UK and Internationally, she is an expert on the implementation of the law within the workplace and works with clients to roll out and embed the changes required. Sarah also provides Data Protection Officer services with the Education and commercial sectors.
